Yesterday hubby and I took a lovely walk with Daisy Dog alongside a canal near our home which opens up onto the Blackwater Estuary, we walked to the Marina and had lunch and then walked back passing the quaint and beautiful Lock Keepers Cottage, simply so beautiful, hoping to have brought some of the beauty to this image, have a wonderful Sunday ~ KissThePixel2019
Springwell Lock is designated no 83 along the Grand Union Canal, which here runs through Colne Valley Park at the Rickmansworth Lakes.

The Schanzenviertel in Hamburg (GER) is definite nothing for bikes overnight ... but this very good lock holds at least.
Hurley Lock is on the River Thames near Maidenhead in Berkshire. I took this on a very hot Summer morning in May on an outing with my Photography Club. The whole area is beautiful, but I was attracted by the reflections under the bridge, and the lovely green foliage on the trees.
This rustic door and lock grabbed my attention for an abstract shot while visiting Herronswood House and Garden, Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula.
