Kathy Kristmanson's hand crafted jewelry

Kathy's jewelry is hand crafted of sterling silver and red brass or copper. Each piece is composed of a layer of silver soldered onto the background layer of brass or copper. The image in the silver layer is cut out by hand in a process called piercing.

The imagery in Kathy's pieces springs from a fascination with cave paintings and a love of animal life. These designs are fashioned into earrings, brooches, pendants, bolo ties, and belt buckles.

You can find Kathy's pieces at

The Bear and The Butterfly

214 Banff Ave, Banff, AB, Canada.

All delftware is handpainted by local artisans. At first Delft was known for its monochrome painting of blues on a white background; this is still one of the characteristics of delftware today (Delfts blauw).

At the end of the 17th century the production became more varied, polychromy appeared, and there was not a design or shape, coming from China or Japan, which the Delft artists did not try out in order to satisfy the tastes of European clients fascinated by the Orient.

A favorite local artist.

Chandler 4 Corners pillows and stool are designed by Laura Megroz and Drew Ann Dunigan.

New motifs are rendered at Chandler 4 Corners in traditional hooked wool. As always, both Laura and Drew have skillfully reinterpreted these icons with their signature look so that they add that stamp of "welcome and warmth" to any home.
