We are down by the banks of the Derwent at Sandy Bay, a beachside suburb of Hobart. Sandy Bay has some of the most expensive real estate in Tasmania. These art deco apartments have been around for quite some time, but their views of the marina and across the Derwent make it a prime place to live.
Hard on the inside, soft and green on the outside, these rocks come alive thanks to the constant flowing, spraying, misting of the McCloud River in Northern California.
This is a view of the Isle Of Rhum taken from a boat on a trip out from the Isle Of Skye. Imagine living on a croft here.

Was showing a client the rooftop of a new building at Hudson Yards today. This was our first look as we stepped off the elevator. So funny.
This is a rental building and this rooftop is quite spectacular.
This photo gave me neck pain while taking pictures. But It was worth it for me. This is also such a new residential building here on the Spree. Actually, I think it's nice and let's see what new buildings will be added in the next few months.

Beautiful block of flats in Brisbane, that caught my eye. Mainly because of the bright red trees against the blinding white building. Growing up in Europe surrounded by old architecture, almost every building Down Under caught my eye! Lots of glass, large balconies made into another living room..., the paint kept so neat and fresh... Maybe it's in the climate. Our British weather would probably batter those beauties!
It is amazing to watch these little creatures living on the cliffs so close to the edge . they are extremely social and it is wonderful to watch their interactions with each other . Could never get enough of the puffins !

Now that we're all squeezed into a one bedroom cottage, I feel like we're living Yurok style.
The Yurok tribe has occupied areas of Humboldt county for thousands of years. Today their land has been reduced to a 56,000 acre reservation that contains a Casino and a scattered number of homesteads. The tribe has been horribly treated by the U.S. Government and private timber corporations who have dispossessed them of much of their land and resources--not to mention their traditional hunter-gatherer way of life.
Homes like the one above can be found at various locations throughout Humboldt County. It's definitely move-in ready.
