- Competencies are groups of skills from the same area

- The meta-level elements (which we’ll perhaps call literacies) are made up of competencies from different strands

On November 17, 50 young professionals attended the Climate Literacy & Sustainable Development Goals Workshop at the American Center organized by Plastic Initiative Network. ESTH Officer Anne Sherman talked about U.S. initiatives to reduce plastic waste through improved waste management and private sector innovation.
