Blackpool Transport Metro Coastlines Line 3 liveried Optare Solo 261, V 261 HEC is pictured at Cleveleys bus station. This vehicle later passed to High Peak Buses and has since been scrapped.
At Deák Ferenc tér station, line 3, heading south in the direction of Kőbánya-Kispest.
I'm still not sure why it's here or what it signifies. The accompanying text is not technically correct (during the years of the GDR, East Berlin would be referred to either simply as "Berlin", or "Berlin, Hauptstadt der DDR"). The logo is spot on though. I'm interested to hear theories!

The Oliphanta railway under - bridge (RUB) was closed for motorists since Aug 7, 2017 midnight and the pre-fabricated bridge was moved succesfully in just over 10 days on Aug 19th (Saturday) and it has now reached its final resting place just before Secunderabad (East) Metro station which is also seen in the video. Now, the bridge is linked to completed viaducts on both sides and then track work, electrification etc. is also started. The bridge is high enough to enable double-decker trains to pass and has left space on both sides for future line/track increase.

The Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase-I has reached the final stages (at-least for 2 lines). Probably the most difficult task for L&T MRH (L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad) is to construct a steel bridge in Secunderabad over decades old Oliphanta bridge (road bridge under railway lines) as part of Line-3 from Nagole to Raidurgam. The bridge having two vents is very close to the railway station and thus has many tracks that the bridge has to bypass. No pillar is being constructed between the railway tracks. The pre-fabricated bridge arrived from Noida and assembly of the bridge started early this year near the site on a railway land. The Chilkalguda circle (a 5-road junction) was demolished to make way for temporary support structures for moving bridge over the railway lines. The movement of vehicles through the Oliphanta bridge was stopped on Aug 7th midnight/Aug 8th and was supposed to be so till Aug 22; however the bridge has not yet been opened for vehicles. Diversions for motorists have been put in place and the public transport has been moved. Only pedestrians are being allowed in this period. The bridge being the lifeline for many people travelling through Secunderabad has affected a lot of people. The roads inside the bridge are being re-laid with concrete after scraping the old road.

The tempeture of Shanghai's winter has already dropped significantly and reached 0 degrees for the first time this year.
All the homeless/beggers are still out there. Not too much they can do about it.
By the begining of next year the Expo trucks will come around and collect them to further out rural parts of China. This is how Beijing was "cleaned up" beofre the Olympics and this is how Shanghai will polish up before their moment under the spotlight.
