Comme un petit air d'un siècle passé, la nostalgie des temps d'antan où tout paraissait facile, où l'on prenait enore le temps de vivre sans courir après le temps.
Le pont Alexandre III qui franchit la Seine entre le 7e et le 8e arrondissement de Paris. Il fut Inauguré pour l'Exposition universelle de Paris en 1900, il était destiné à symboliser l'amitié franco-russe, instaurée par la signature de l'alliance conclue en 1891 entre l’empereur Alexandre III (1845-1894) et le président de la République française Sadi Carnot.
Que serons nous capable de construire lorsque le bon sens prendra le pas sur les armes et qu'enfin la paix sera à nouveau de mise en Europe ?

Like a little air of a past century, the nostalgia of times of yesteryear when everything seemed easy, where we still took the time to live without running after time.
The Alexandre III bridge which crosses the Seine between the 7th and 8th arrondissements of Paris. It was inaugurated for the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1900, it was intended to symbolize Franco-Russian friendship, established by the signing of the alliance concluded in 1891 between Emperor Alexander III (1845-1894) and President of the French Republic Sadi Carnot.
What will we be able to build when common sense takes precedence over weapons and when finally peace will once again be in order in Europe?

La Mer had a spa night...just washed her hair and is not wearing the hat or hair ornament that came with the set. We love everything! (LOL...and what her clean hair has to do with it being left un-ornamented, we cannot exactly say! EXCEPT she wanted to be sure it set right! You know how that is!) :D
... under New Mexico skies...or why I am addicted to light...and Santa Fe is where I first discovered my love of sunlight and its effects in paintings...the sun is rather awesome here! I was so happy to see a bit of it this morning...we have partly skies, still windy! We are ready to take off for more adventures!
