A solo 30 minutos de Lima, este santuario precolombino fue durante más de mil años el oráculo más importante de la costa peruana. AquÃ, los antiguos peruanos consultaban a Pachacamac, el dios creador y hacedor de terremotos, antes de tomar cualquier decisión importante.
En la foto: el imponente Templo del Sol, construido por los incas sobre estructuras más antiguas. Esas plataformas escalonadas que ves detrás no son solo arquitectura—son cosmologÃa en adobe. Cada nivel, cada ángulo, cada muro estaba diseñado para conectar lo terrenal con lo divino.
