FM4 radio host and DJ Kristian Davidek is auctioning off his beloved disco-ball helmet for the "Licht ins Dunkel" Charity season 2012. He asked me to take the promotional pictures and I was happy to support this noble act.

This is for the Fix My Pic Please group.

From an original by By_Lauss titled, Structural Sky.

I thought this image was great, I really liked all the angles.. I first converted a duplicate of the image to greyscal, and adjusted the contrast some. I then made two seperate duotones...one green, and one rubine red...I copied each of the back onto the origial on different layers.

I used the distort function to distort the green, and flipped the red one one horizontally. I applied different light modes to these...some soft light, hard light, etc. I used the regular and polygonal lasso tool to selet portions of the stantions and tweak them.

I used the regular lasso with a feather of 20 pixels to select the clouds from the original, and pasted this to the top with an opacity of about 60%
