Maybe, it's the way you say my name

Maybe, it's the way you play your game

But it's so good, I've never known anybody like you

But it's so good, I've never dreamed of nobody like you

And I've heard of a love that comes once in a lifetime

And I'm pretty sure that you are that love of mine

'Cause I'm in a field of dandelions

Wishing on every one that you'll be mine, mine

And I see forever in your eyes

I feel okay when I see you smile, smile

Wishing on dandelions all of the time

Praying to God that one day you'll be mine

Wishing on dandelions all of the time, all of the time

I think that you are the one for me

'Cause it gets so hard to breathe

When you're looking at me, I've never felt so alive and free

When you're looking at me, I've never felt so happy

And I've heard of a love that comes once in a lifetime

And I'm pretty sure that you are that love of mine

'Cause I'm in a field of dandelions

Wishing on every one that you'll be mine, mine

And I see forever in your eyes

I feel okay, when I see you smile, smile

Wishing on dandelions all of the time

Praying to God that one day you'll be mine

Wishing on dandelions all of the time, all of the time

Dandelion, into the wind you go

Won't you let my darling know?

Dandelion, into the wind you go

Won't you let my darling know that?

I'm in a field of dandelions

Wishing on every one that you'll be mine, mine

And I see forever in your eyes

Wishing on dandelions all of the time

Tune-Listen

Recently traveling around my rural surroundings I came upon a "yellow-dressed moment". The field was adorned with yellow and it took my breathe away. The richness of color and the light were a once in a lifetime experience. A week later it was gone and faded....Amidst my own sorrows over the dying journey of my aunt/mother this spectacle roused my awe and yielded a wonderful respite.

Oh Lord, won't you buy me a pair of hands?

My friends all go bowling, but I don't have hands,

Prayed hard all my lifetime, please give me a chance

So, Lord, won't you buy me a pair of hands?

If I had a rose for every time I thought of you, I’d be picking roses for a lifetime. – Swedish Proverb

“A lifetime isn't forever, so take the first chance, don't wait for the second one! Because sometimes, there aren't second chances!

And if it turns out to be a mistake? So what! This is life! A whole bunch of mistakes! But if you never get a second chance at something you didn't take a first chance at? That's true failure.”

This was once a busy spot in Steveston BC when the local fish packing plants were running at full speed. Now everything lies in ruins and disrepair as people stroll by not even knowing what once was!! Vlog Below!!

After much love and care for over 4 years, one of my air plants has finally bloomed! 😃

Well, to my surprise, I just learned that air plants only bloom once in their lifetime. 😥

Once blooming is over, baby air plants will be produced, and they will eventually mature into their own “adult” air plant. 😊

Such a beautiful circle of life! 💖

PS: I recognize it's not the best photo. The light was flat yesterday, but I am too lazy to take another one today. Indoor flower macro shots are not easy to take IMO; I applaud all the macro photographers out there! 👏👏👏

Crossing the United States by road is the experience of a lifetime. While many may deride the midwest as 'fly-over' states, some of the most beautiful scenery in this country can be found there.

A perfect way to experience Bryce National Park is by horseback riding. I had a few occasions to ride a horse before, but have never participated in a 1/2 day tour on PEEK-A-BOO LOOP TRAIL. The tour isn't an easy one, but I will never regret taking on this challenge. It was so exciting! The horses are well trained to travel along the outer ridge of the trail even when they go down the switchbacks to the bottom canyon. The inner edge of the trail is designated for hikers! Well, let me tell you: it is a thrill, and not for everyone! Fear is the factor! When you sit on a horseback, you are much higher, and therefore you feel frightened. There is quite a few horses in front of and behind you. If you scream, your horse stars to gallop, then the others follow yours. They are animals, right? Sometimes, the best thing to do on switchbacks is just to close your eyes and trust your horse! I mean it! I have done it twice!!! Remember it is an experience of a lifetime! For sure, I will remember the Bryce’s breathtaking beauty from horseback for ever,.... and my behind for years! :))

I guess the time was right for us to say

We'd take our time and live our lives together day by day

We'll make a wish and send it on a prayer

We know our dreams can all come true with love that we can share

With you I never wonder

Will you be there for me?

With you I never wonder

You're the right one for me

I finally found the love of a lifetime

A love to last my whole life through

I finally found the love of a lifetime

Forever in my heart

I finally found the love of a lifetime

With every kiss, our love is like brand-new

And every star up in the sky was made for me and you

Still we both know that the road is long

We know that we will be together

Because our love is strong

I finally found the love of a lifetime

A love to last my whole life through

I finally found the love of a lifetime

Forever in my heart

I finally found the love of a lifetime

~ LifeTime Friendship from My Way of Seeing ~

I know them long ago. They meet each other on the corner. Always together, discussing, laughing, even fighting but never seriously.

I met them again a few days ago, now walking slower but wit and with joy.

This picture has to present the Importance of Friendship. That it is better live a life with other people than alone. That is better to share an apple, laugh, thought than be alone.

It is not dangerous say hello when you meet your neighbor.

We all have a blood under our skin, hearts that bit, it doesn't matter which language we are speaking, where we are from - we are people and we proclaim us as Human with tendency to live a Social Life.

Idea for this Appeal I get watching a few silly movies with opposite ideas, about friendship.

Her home was a magical castle, each room holding a different experience that are all so precious in her lifetime. Sometimes, she finds herself walking into a room without any thoughts. Other times, she actually plans to visit certain rooms she is so familiar with, yet there are times when she forgets where certain rooms are located or gets lost in one room with the intention of being in another.

This evening, she was looking for a particular room. This was a room she didn't visit for so many years and was yearning for it. It was the one room where she could be herself completely. A room that held all her desires, dreams and peace of mind. After hours and hours of searching, she thought she could never find it but there was a ringing in her head and a light whispering call singing her name. With much focus she managed to follow the voice until she reached the top most room of the castle.

With a happy heart she pushed the door open and was welcomed with warmth, light and a sweet scent in the air. She floated around, bathing in the darkness that was her solitude, embracing her heart that was always shining from within for others but perhaps it was time that her heart will shine for herself too for a change.

"It is your turn."

This is her time.

P.S. Shout out to the lovely SweetBun, Lya! She gave me an inspiration Image and told me to go crazy trusting me to add my own touch to the artwork. I have never been so inspired in a while to do a solo shot but here I am!

We have in Toronto a celebrity, unlike any. The biggest tribute mural is near the park where she lives (lived), but there are several smaller tributes. This garage door mural is in an alley, which have several interesting murals from 2018. I have not seen her/him, it in my lifetime in the city, but photo evidence is almost as compelling as George Floyds video. Not only this squirrel has a statue, several murals, even a coffee shop and streets are named after it. This mural is by Karen Roberts, several blocks from the park.

The splendid, if occasionally jaded, late Georgian / early Victorian houses and hotels cosying up to the cliff on Marine Parade in Dawlish have a grandstand view of both the railway line and the sea-front. Something the lucky residents will no doubt appreciate, especially on dour, damp autumn days.

For anyone watching now they will see Cross Country's 9.42am Newcastle - Plymouth Saturday's only HST service (1V54) hurrying by trying to make up some 10 minutes of late running. Sadly it was an ask too far on this occasion with arrival in Plymouth also 10 minutes behind schedule.

Doing the honours are power cars 43321 up front, and 43207 nearest the camera. The train is just about to enter Kennaway Tunnel, one of several short ones on the stretch to Teignmouth as the line alternates between burrowing through the cliffs and riding alongside the exposed seawall just feet from the water.

When the shot was taken the seawall path was closed as a prelude to engineering work to raise it and better protect the railway from the increasingly frequent and damaging winter storms - work that is now complete.

Almost two years since this shot was taken, but seems like a lifetime ago. Best viewed full-screen - commenting off for this one, thanks.

** Another autumn scene from New England I have posted quite a lot but I could not bare to delete any of them it was after all a once in a lifetime experience . Taken on Chocorau lake in New Hampshire in 2017

THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT TO MY STREAM. I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD NOT FAVE A PHOTO WITHOUT ALSO LEAVING A COMMENT .

Tasman Lake and Tasman Glacier, Mount Cook, New Zealand.

Haupapa / Tasman Glacier is the largest glacier in New Zealand. It is nestled deep in Mount Cook National Park. The Glacier is now approximately 27 kms long and 600 metres deep.

Settled in its own terminal lake, the 300-500-year-old ice shelf is slowly tearing away, depositing icebergs of all shapes and sizes in to the water. The lake is one of only a few in the world that contains icebergs. I did a boat tour on this lake and I will post pictures of close-ups of the Glacial shelf and ice-bergs. You can just see the shelf of the glacier at the end of Tasman Lake. For scale, those little dots you see out there are tour boats, and a few scattered ice-crystals.

Eventually the glacier will retreat entirely, and the lake will reach its maximum size. In 1973, there was no terminal lake at all, and by 2008 it had grown to 7kms in length. The current period of rapid melting began in the 1990s and between 2000 and 2008 alone, the glacier terminus receded 3.7 km.

I was visited the before the fires from Australia turned many of the New Zealand Glaciers Brown.
