fool me once, shame on you but fool me twice, shame on me. i heard this somewhere and it has always stuck in my mind as a great lesson. people are always there to give you the bumpiest roller coaster ride of your life but you just have to finish the ride and ignore the bumpiness, just enjoy the thrill of the ride. basically, don't live life trying to get back with those that destroyed you. there are always others and i know this. well it may not be the best picture but enjoy =)

This was supposed to be a turkey empanada, but it ended up more like a calzone. Pro tip: if a recipe calls for raw pizza dough, don't use the Pillsbury canned stuff. It has approximately zero elasticity, and it won't stay thin.
