the middle bowl is dan zhi. i hummed a prayer of thanksgiving through this entire meal. so spectacularly yummy.
as i was preparing to leave the national gallery, i ran into one of the doggie rescue volunteers who often works the same sundays as i do. they invited me to join them for the trip back to sydney. much more fun than the train :)
