7th July 2018 - Liam O'Maonlaí of the 'Hothouse Flowers' getting into his stride at Liverpool's Fesi festival on Pierhead.
Last friday, the 28th, was my son's b-day... Liam turned 8 years old and sometimes I cannot believe it. This piece was done today, for him, and with him by my side... The kid has some bright future ahead ... his favorite artist is Basquiat and, hence, his dream is to live in NYC... Happy B-Day Liam boy! You make it all worthwhile for me...

Our white blue eyed new kitten Liam laying in vintage linens..; )....we believe he is deaf..he is so sweet & beautiful..
So in preparation for Liam's best friend, Blaine, coming home I ordered a cute Kimochi hoodie in a Green Lantern theme to go with the wig that Rue had already gotten him. But, since Blaine hadn't arrived (yet; I should have uploaded this ages ago fff.) Liam took the opportunity to model them for his best friend. It helps that his father's biggest Hero obsession just happens to be the Green Lantern so ;P

Liam is from Hyde in England which is about 20 minutes from where I grew up. It was a trip for me to meet him walking across the 4th Street Bridge in LA!

'Roidweek Bonus Shot
I happened to look out the window from upstairs and saw Liam laying next to the Tundra looking all cute, so I metered with my phone from the window, ran down, grabbed the Mamiya RB67, set shutter and f/stop, pulled the dark slide and went out, knelt, focused and snapped the shutter.
Two seconds later he got up and left. Loving modern technology helping out the old school camera work.
