The recent demolitions in Galston have a opened up unexpected vistas which are a joy to many. I hope the former residents are also happy in their new home

Yesterday, Katie, Ashlee, and I went to Little Presque Isle. We were there for a good three hours, and the weather was just perfect. Crossing to the island wasn't much of a big deal; lake levels were way down and the water didn't come past my knees.
The exposed upper level of the car park hadn't been spoiled by vehicles after a weekend of solid, heavy snow.
I love the angles in this shot.
Isn't it funny when the shop keeper says to you..
"Are you alright?"

Not feeling right today..

Vince, Charlie and I went out to Heathfield and rode the Cuckoo Trail from Heathfield to Hailsham, turned East on to the Pevensey Levels, went down to Pevensey before looping back through Hankham to the bottom of the Cuckoo Trail at Polegate and riding back to Heathfield. Excellent weather and we had a great day. Vince, Charlie and I went out to Heathfield and rode the Cuckoo Trail from Heathfield to Hailsham, turned East on to the Pevensey Levels, went down to Pevensey before looping back through Hankham to the bottom of the Cuckoo Trail at Polegate and riding back to Heathfield. I've logged the route to Bikely.
Excellent weather and we had a great day.
An AVPD installation called Level, a series of simple graphic posters appear, black with a white horizontal line, each one subtly different, exploring memory, recognition and expectation.
Park Level Mine is a lead mine at Killhope in Weardale , County Durham . It opened in 1853 and closed in 1910 , It reopened during the first world war for a brief period .
