These signs are there for a reason. If you are at a railroad crossing and see a problem - either a car stuck on the tracks (yours or anyone else's), a tractor trailer stuck on the tracks, a body, a gate malfunctioning, someone crashing into or through a gate, look around the gate - somewhere there should be a sign like this - each gate has a specific X-ING Number on it that is specific to that particular gate - call the number and give them this number. Most gates have cameras near them - whether someone actually monitors those cameras is unknown - whether the cameras function is unknown - whether the individuals responsible for monitoring those cameras are awake is unknown - whether the cameras or parts therein have been previously recalled is unknown - the storage capacity of these cameras is is unknown - whether the information off these cameras can be retrieved is unknown - whether the cameras have been tampered with is unknown - whether the cameras are interference-proof is a known issue. Oil spills, also. They are supposed to answer this phone 24/7. Don't be afraid to use it.
They do make a concerted to take action when a call is placed

Address: 4960 Norton Healthcare Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241
Phone: (502) 446-8125
This is the location I was taken for "possible stroke", they said. The monitor continually malfunctioned. No call button in the room. When the monitor would flat-line, no one came into the room to check it.
Bumpers, fenders, side panels, etc.... all Ford parts. Can be seen along Chamberlain Lane, Collins Lane, Old LaGrange Road, Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40245. If they're there, they're yours! Must provide own transportation, labor. Please be mindful of the occasional snake that will hide under these - they are generally (most of the time) harmless and will leave...some choose not to, though.

Contractor recently removed & replaced shingles. Miraculously they did not damage any of our shrubbery, clay pots or the cactus, which was an amazing feat when simply looking at this photo. They were a wonderful crew and took many precautions to ensure the crew's safety (including safety ropes, pads, etc....).
Shingles were Tamko Laminated Asphalt Shingles - Miami Dade County Approved, UL ER2919-01 UL ER2919-02, Rustic Black, Heritage Shadowtone Series, Manufactured at Tuscaloosa, AL.

The SAR insignia consists of a Maltese cross surrounded by a garland, with a relief of George Washington in a center circle.
The cross's vertical bar represents the commandment "You Shall Love Your God"; the horizontal bar represents the commandment "You Shall Love Your Neighbor as Yourself." The four limbs are a reminder of the four cardinal virtues; its eight points represent eight spiritual injunctions:
To have spiritual contentment
To live without malice
To weep over your sins
To humble yourself at insults
To love justice
To be merciful
To be sincere and open-hearted
To suffer persecution

From the publication, "Washington's Quill" -
Did George Washington’s false teeth come from his slaves?: A look at the evidence, the responses to that evidence, and the limitations of history
by Kathryn Gehred, Research Specialist
October 19, 2016
George Washington’s false teeth were not wooden, as you may have heard. They were actually made from a variety of materials, including human teeth. According to the accounting record in Mount Vernon’s Ledger Book B, the teeth may have been pulled from Washington’s slaves. gwpapers.virginia.edu/george-washingtons-false-teeth-come...
