Every day we all make decisions about our stuff. What to buy, where to put it, what to do with it when it breaks or loses its luster. The Princeton Environmental Film Festival, Sustainable Princeton and the Princeton Public Library worked together to engage the whole town in an event that focused on reuse and recycling.
All Princeton residents were encouraged to participate by either hosting a yard sale or attending the sales on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m

This piece was inspired by my feelings of release. Releasing one's emotions can be difficult. Especially when trying to explain how you're feeling. Emotions and feelings are not as easy as black and white. We are humans; we are complex creatures. Let it out, and let it go. Release and let it escape.

This piece is part of my art therapy series. To better express my symptoms and emotions, I create based on what I am feeling. This started off as a tool for release and explanation but has now become a regular form of expression. Please feel free to use any of the pieces from this series as a way to help express how you are feeling. This could be a tool for you and your therapist, or simply to show a friend or family member.
