Nada Surf es un grupo Indie Rock formado en 1992 en Nueva York, integrado por Matthew Caws (guitarra y voz), Daniel Lorca (bajo y voz) e Ira Elliot (batería y voz), practican un Power pop cercano en ocasiones al noise rock.
La banda obtuvo su reconocimiento mundial gracias a "Popular" del álbum "High/Low" (1996).

What do you think? Is age just a number when it comes to age and relationships?
So there is this girl. And she's older than me by maybe 10 years... [yes thats right] In all honesty when I first met her I thought she could have been, at most, a few years older than me. And when she met me she thought that I was a few year older than i actually am. Thats how it started. In our minds we were actually very close in age, which in fact belied the truth. Now, knowing the truth, my feelings still haven't changed. Although, to many people that I have told this to have given me some strange looks and uncertain comments like... "Dude, are you crazy?!?!" And yes, maybe its is just a little bit crazy. But hey, a little crazy never hurt anyone right? haha. jkjk.
This is what I've been thinking about lately. Does age really matter? If you can have a good time, laugh and enjoy one another's companionship. A lot of people say age is just a number, but what if it was someone close to you? What would you say?

October 17, 2010. Cable car tracks on Jackson St., looking west across Mason St., San Francisco. The sign instructs the cable car operators to let go of the cable before crossing the Mason St. cable (failing to do so, I imagine, would cause an ugly tangled mess of cable car bits). After letting go of the cable, the car would just coast across the intersection, and then "take rope" again to continue up the hill.

I got to spend a full day with my friend Big Jay while in Montana. I had read about a Mission in St. Ignatius,MT and wanted to go tour it . Fortunately he was game. While in St. Ignatius we spotted this Barn and pulled over to shoot it.
Busy photographing it a young man drove up to the gate and unlocked it to let himself out. Big Jay asked if we could come around the gate to shoot the barn a bit. The young man was very sympathetic. He said he was a painter and was doing an acrylic of the Barn himself. He said he comes out to this very yard with his easel and paints. Wouldn't I love a photo of that! I also wish I could paint like that. He left the gate open and told us to take our time, and have fun. We stayed about 30 minutes walking through many of the fields getting different angles and views of the barn. I liked this view with all the wildflowers growing over the fences.
