A ceramic heart - I have no idea where or why I got this, but it is just what I needed for this week's alphabet challenge.

Different species, equally beautiful :)

This tiny tomato is so sweet and it is one of the most disease-resistant tomatoes out there. So this is indeed a "less is more" tomato!

Just some experimentation, nothing more, I'm expecting this to bomb, badly!

But then again doing something different now and again isn't a bad thing, am I right?

All these trees and they like this scraggly old branch the best.

My sister and brother in law's cat, Layla, on the lookout.

On my recent trip to their house in Arizona, I would always wake up extremely early due to jet lag. I loved these mornings though, their pets were on the prowl and the sun looked so neat on the railing. Such contrast.

Whilst it's often tempting to include the whole of an interesting tree, filling the frame with the details can also work well. Sometimes less is more!

Je n'avais pas beaucoup d'idée pour le thème flickr friday de cette semaine. En reprenant cette photo je me suis dis "moins il y a de lumière, plus il y en a" :)

Walking after work at the North Carolina Museum Park earlier this week, the sky was so beautiful at sunset. I loved how the branches of this tree were in silhouette against the gorgeous colors and clouds in the evening sky.

A mesquite tree branch providing some definition over the expansive desert.

Sierra Nevada ranch land grasses are JUST beginning to turn green. I love the wide open spaces and the juxtaposition between the structure of the bare trees and the softness of the rolling hills, clouds, and shadows
