Taken on the roof of the Oslo opera house. I have uploaded the same picture once before a couple of years ago. This version is processed in a different way. I set out to shoot the building to the right because of its futuristic look. Just as I prepared to set up my gears I saw this scene and barely had time to take one shot. This was the first shot of the day. I also think it was the best of the day :)

I took a photo like this yesterday as an alternative for the MM theme of one colour. Rather than waste the idea I took the image again today. It's a canna lily leaf.

Macro Mondays - One colour
I tried several ideas before settling on this off white one with a tiny starfish shell on a piece of muslin. HMM

Macro Monday - Sound
This alarm clock lives in our guest bedroom because it matches the colour scheme but I don't keep batteries in it in case the ticking disturbs our guests (not that we have guests these days). I think most people use their phone as a clock and an alarm now anyway so it just sits there looking pretty. HMM

I took this one back in April when I did a multiple exposure of this fuchsia and forgot to post this one. I was having a bit of a clear out of images and came across it...one more ticked off the list.
I may not be able to get internet connection for the next few days so will do my best to catch up after the weekend.
