It seems like a kid's dream to have so much Lego at your disposal you can climb on top of it. The boy in this image must have felt like that at the Lego House in Billund, Denmark. Although these are just the outside stairs that are not actually made of the famous toy blocks, it is a nice appetizer for the full experience inside.

"Part 2" was released as a single, Pink Floyd's first in the UK since "Point Me at the Sky" (1968). It became their only number-one single in the UK, the United States, West Germany and many other countries, and sold over four million copies worldwide. It was nominated for a Grammy Award, and was number 384 on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time".
The question is, is that bike parked illegally ? To quote a former President "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is...." : ))

A bit of a last minute one after a busy day. One of my dead tulips that I saved from a few weeks ago.

Dungeness in Kent always a pleasure to visit but over the last few years sadly many old boats and structures are vanishing.
Been experimenting with the masking options in Adobe Lightroom to achieve this desired result and yes experimenting with these new features is fun and looking to improve over the next few months.
Hope you like.

Once again I found that i had lost the best for the light by the time I was able to get my photo. So armed with reflectors and flash I managed to get a reasonably high key shot...with some processing! Still a bit of a greyish tinge from shadows I couldn't quite get rid of...but are we ever totally happy?
My hydrangeas didn't do so well this year due to a late frost. Very few flower heads and what there were were mostly quite small. This is one of the few flowers still doing well and I'm afraid to say I picked it for my art! Yes, I do feel guilty but I will get a lot of pleasure from seeing it every day. This one has special meaning for me as my son and daughter-in-law gave it to me at their wedding. I have loved seeing it bloom the past two years...just like their marriage!
