Macro Mondays: Less Than An Inch

What a fun challenge. Trying to do something different with some severe restrictions. Well, when I found this little plastic clown fish at a store near me I knew that I had to make him the focus of the shot. The background is a glittery gel that I keep in a jar and it's a little difficult to wrangle because it's always shifting to a more "relaxed" state. As I was taking the shot, the fish would begin drooping and I would reposition the camera or the fish. HMM.

Since we've been married it's been tradition to get my wife daisies for Valentine's Day. This year was no exception.

They're starting to look kind of tough, but still good enough to get their picture taken.
