Carload Express GP59 4551 trails, having been placed on the rear of the train during the switching at Penn Plastics. The consist is passing the remains of the Baltimore & Ohio freight depot in Venetia; back in the day, folks probably arranged to transport their less-than-carload (express) shipments.
