Yeah... it's easy to tell what I'm into right now. Old primes with lots of glass.

I'm celebrating my new lens purchase, a 50mm 1.4-S from the 69-73 time period. In unmodified form, it only fits the d40. And it looks SO good mounted on the little 40.

The collection grows, including stuff I don't even know what the heck it would fit. But I LOVE zebra lenses and remember seeing Spiratone ads in the back pages of my Dad's old photography magazines. So when I saw this Spiratone 135mm f2.8 lens in zebra-ware as well as a Spiratone aux. telephoto lens also in matching chrome uniform... I knew that I had to have it. It is an addiction. I just cannot get enough of these old lenses. It is a consuming passion. I wonder if there is a formal diagnosis for this... Lensophile???

Five Canon FD Breech-Lock lenses to use on the Olympus E-P1.

24 f:2.8, 50 f:3.5 Macro, 100 f:2.8, 200 f:4 - all are the S.S.C. versions with 55mm filter size, the 300mm f:5.6 dates to before S.C. or S.S.C. coatings and uses 58mm filters

And, if the desire arises to go out shooting with film, I have an excellent Canon FTb body that I can use with any of these lenses.

The lens is Minolta mount so I used a Minolta to 4/3 adapter.

Got this with a X-700. It wasn't easy to use the S90 with MF handheld.

This lens is a solid piece of metal! It weighs 1 lb. and 9 ounces!

Lytar 25mm f1.9 and Kiron 105mm f2.8 Macro.

One of the best macro lenses ever made.

My largest and heaviest lens by far. For Micro 4/3rd, the equivalent focal lengths would be 240-1200mm. Taken with an Olympus D560 which was introduced in 2003.

Pentax PC35AF is my favorite p/s camera. This one is a bit larger and heavier!
