Snowspeeder from my Hoth diorama, never got it's own photoshoot

Riding the new Routemaster AKA the Boris Bus everyday, one cannot help but notice the intriguing design that is reminiscent of the classic hop-on hop-off London double-decker bus with the open rear door.

I was inspired to recreate this controversial vehicle with digital LEGO bricks using Bricklink Studio 2.0, in the same scale and style as the official Creator Expert model 10258 London Bus. I also designed some custom bricks (front and side windows) using Bricklink’s PartDesigner as an experiment to keep true to the Boris Bus’s complex shapes. Stickers were also used for the unique rear and side window shaping which were otherwise impossible to recreate purely with LEGO pieces. Special care was made to include every detail inside as well, including the right amount of seats, railings, opening doors, and fare card readers.

The number 9 stickers hearken to the LEGO set 10258’s official bus route, and the advertising banners on the bus parody London’s typical theatre adverts. Let’s admit: a Broadway-style musical would be the perfect way to bring back Bionicle.

A supervillain with too much testosterone and not enough PH.

“To achieve his many high-flying stunts, Bo Keevil's ship has been customized for agility, with wings that shift into a variety of configurations to complete his death-defying tricks. For a less-practiced pilot, the machine can be a little difficult to handle; even Keevil wears an extra crash helmet and visor just to be safe.”

This starfighter was a fun one to build. Fairly simple body, simple engines, but with interesting poseable wings. A lot of Technic pieces went into the internal structure of the wings stable and moveable, and the wingtips are attached with Bionicle ball-and-socket joints to achieve all kinds of configurations.

Also, this is the only starfighter out of all six Aces that I didn’t have to design custom stickers for.

Vale was once the greatest empire in the world. At its peak, Vale was so prosperous, so dominant, that even the oldest history books did not know when its golden age had begun. As far as they knew, Vale had always existed.

The engineers of Vale joined the world's known expanse with infrastructure on a scale that still has not been surpassed. The deepest jungle, the most inhospitable desert, the furthest outpost - all had a road to Vale. An empire so large was a beast to tame. Its appetite could be sated, but its thirst...there was only so much water. But for Vale, water was no problem. Deep in the heart of Vale, where no outsider had ever set foot, was the nexus of a series of aqueducts. The aqueducts crossed Vale's eastern border into unknown lands, carrying unimaginable quantities of water to the empire. The source of Vale's might was not originally its armies, or technology, or anything else. It was water.

It was during an unusually warm year that the people of Vale vanished. Foreign traders arrived to their destinations to find farm animals rotting, starved to death, doors and gates open and unlocked, treasuries and temples looted. Vale merchant ships were found adrift, their cargo unspoiled and untouched. No one ever found out what happened. But as curious people wandered deeper and deeper into Vale territory, into lands that had always been secret and closed to outsiders, they discovered the aqueducts that had fueled Vale for centuries.

Explorer after explorer followed the aqueducts, hoping to find the source of the empire's water. The explorers that returned had many stories to justify their failure. Every story had the same ending: No matter how long they traveled, no matter how far they followed the aqueducts, they never reached the end.

As if their failure was not humiliation enough, water still flowed on the ancient aqueducts. Every explorer on their return journey was tormented by the constant rushing of water over their head, a constant reminder of their incompetence.

In the swamps of Vale's heartland, nature has reclaimed much of the aqueducts that once gave Vale its strength. But enough of the solemn stone arches remain to lead a new generation of explorers to their origin. With nothing but a few essential supplies and a tiny wooden boat, one woman is ready to begin the quest so many have already failed...

This is my second and last entry to the 2019 Summer Joust. I was originally planning to also enter 2 other categories, as well as Brickset's Huwbot competition, but I don't have the time and energy for any more entries. This build took almost all of my 1x2 trans-black tiles and 1x2 trans-clear plates, as well as around 2/3 of my sand green and dark bley pieces. I'm just glad I got to participate in the Summer Joust this year.

Best of luck to my fellow competitors! :)

This creation depicts the scene shown in the Batman vs Superman trailer.

Hello everyone, here's my latest design, another 10295 set alternative build. The Viper model is a hard model to replicate into LEGO by itself, but doing it just from the pieces of another set was a whole different story, yes it was super tough to build and it took me more time than usual, but I'm overall satisfied with the results.

model took me more that two months to build and it features functional elements such as opening doors, hood, rear window, working steering that it connected to the steering wheel, full interior and engine details, also model is sturdy enough to display and to play with.

Hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Gotta admit this lighting is pretty cool.

Stefano Garzya asked me to help him complete his Helm's Deep project. So I got to work and added the Great Hall, Mountain Side, staircases and did some structural work to bring his vision to life.

Lego Microscale MOC of the Geonosis Siege from Star Wars The Attack of the Clones. MOC inspired by Meregt design.

The top parts are Bionicle armour pieces from 2008-2009, added to this spaceship during a Bionicle-themed LondonAFOLs meet-up to convey a bit of alien technology into this angular craft.

💡The MOC is now onLego Idea and I really would appreciate your support!

This is a remake of the Set 6059.

I have a special connection to the Set, because the parallel group in kindergarden had it and sometimes I could play with it - really dig those hinges!

The twist: I wanted to design it as it would be an official #LEGO set. So I used large pieces for example and tried to keep it as simply as possible (okay that didn’t work out in every way😅, but hey, I tried!). Also I tried to incorporate as many play features as possible. So here you go.. Would you buy this set today? 😉

For the first 100 subscribers of my YouTube channel I made a brickfilm with a dancing LEGO mech.

Few modifications:

· Use print tiles "ticket" to mark places I visited, just like the flight tickets collected after each travel.

· Myself in brickheadz shows where I live.

· Make Lion Rock Hill in Hong Kong as background. It represents the core spirit of HK people.

· QR code links to your travel blog pages.

LEGO is awesome!!

“A decrepit racing ship that earns its colorful name Fireball due to its tendency to erupt in flames, this sleek vessel is a focus of constant and sometimes frustrated attention from the repair crew of Jarek Yeager’s garage. Team Fireball invests a lot of time, effort, and care into keeping the Fireball in high-flying shape.”

Influenced by World War II planes combined obscure starfighter designs from the old X-wing, TIE Fighter, and The Old Republic games, the Fireball is one of the best looking starfighters in all of Star Wars.

I am a bit upset that LEGO did not make an official model of the Fireball... yet. I hope they do in the future. This prompted me to design my own version, and it turned out more complex than I anticipated.

But I like to build things to be a perfect match, which makes things complicated and challenging. I exhausted my brain to apply all kinds of building techniques to convey the complex shape of this ship. There are also some really ancient and obscure LEGO Technic pieces utilized in the complexity of this model.

What's better than having one iconic LEGO car?? Having TWO 😃

(As soon as I saw those fenders in 10295, I knew I have to build a Countach!).

Hello everyone,

Here's my second alternative of set number 10295 (C model), this time it's something different, building the modern Porsche from the classic one was a good idea, and a bit easier to achieve than building a Lamborghini from a Porsche set, specially that the 10295 inventory isn't the best I've worked on, but I'm overall satisfied with the results and I'm hoping you to like it too.

Model features all the functional elements possible, including working steering that's connected to the steering wheel, opening doors, opening front trunk, rear trunk and rear engine cover, removable roof for easier access to the interior, adjustable seats and detailed interior and exterior features all around.

This C model has been built at the same scale as the classic Porsche, at around the scale of 1:13, very sturdy in construction so it's good for display and to play with.

As usual, high quality digital instructions are available on Mocsmarket, Rebrickable and my website:
