Feel the power of the jungle with the new Panther from Mastoriti. Available as a cabriolet and a hardtop fastback, the Panther is sleek and stylish, and guaranteed to thrill. Hear the roar of the powerful V8 engine and leave boring behind.
Can you tame the Panther?
-------------------------------------------
Hey Flickr, it's been a while! The white Panther is a model I first built years ago, back when LEGO still had the 'DesignByMe' thing running. It was based on the old default Digital Designer car which I made some modifications too.
I've been meaning to give it a bit of a refresh for a long time now, and while I was doing it I thought I'd build another one to go with it. So there you have it. I'm pleased with the results, especially the hardtop one. I'll probably make some more variations based on this platform now, because it's pretty cool and I could see a few directions I could take with it.
Embark on a magical, relaxed journey around the galaxy aboard the Fiordland, a Penguin-class starliner. Offering stunning views, refined, comfortable travel, and plenty of on-board entertainment and amenities, a starcruise on a Penguin-class ship is sure to be an adventure you'll never forget.

Take a stroll in Bonnie Bunny's Walker! This simple little mech is ideal for running around the local park before stopping off for a picnic with your friends.
1991’s Blacktron II little battle pack, The Two-Pilot Craft. What a name.
This fun little craft is about as basic as it gets. No printed pieces, other than the minifigs, but the weird thing has charm!
Blacktron II is a great space sub-theme with the black, white, and neon green color scheme. Really screams retro LEGO to me.
Acquiring this set was really just to grab a couple more of these minifigs for cheap, but I’m happy with this funny little craft.
More ‘90s LEGO to be featured soon, including more (larger) Blacktron II

A sleek, beautiful vessel that has become a legend within the racing Viper community. Despite its advancing years, the Luctuosa can still outpace a lot of the competition.
But when your ship looks this good, not winning doesn't seem so bad.
-------------------------------------------
I recently decided to have a bit of a shuffle of my LEGO stuff that I've got "on display", which included taking this now-very-old MOC down to be donated to the shipyard. Before I break it up, I wanted to get some more up-to-date pics, as it's still one of my favourite ships I've ever built, and I wanted to do it justice and send it off in a blaze of glory. Long live the Vespa Luctuosa.

The Kona Grosheron* is a brightly-coloured, long-legged wader that uses its massive blunt beak to break through the tough shells of the crustaceans that form its diet.
Another little bird build, using a handful of parts from a "lucky dip" kind of bag of random bits my parents got me.
*The Kona Grosheron is also not a real bird, I made it up by combining "heron" with "Kona grosbeak", which is a type of extinct Hawaiian honeycreeper. Look it up!
An alternate build of set #31130 Sunken Treasure Mission. When I saw all those lovely Mixel joints I knew I had to build this! I could've tried to be a bit more creative with the sub/shell, but I thought it was already a pretty good shape for a hermit crab shell, so why change it?
Scientific name: Pylochelidae Gigantus
Here is my MOC of a Gatling Gun I created to for my Fort Iron Cactus. This can be placed on wheels and attached to wagons in the same way that the cannons can be transported. ideas.lego.com/s/p:3e48fd3e9c7e4ac09f887e74f56a5e80
LEGO Aquazone Stingrays Assaltatore degli Stingrays - Set 6198

(After)life ain't easy for a skeleton, but the wizard is happy enough in his little hut on the hill. He's got his cauldron, he's got his frog, and he's far enough away from the nearest village that his experiments in technomancy (usually) don't affect anyone else.
Something a bit different for me; I don't usually do buildings, but I had the idea for this a while ago, and if I want to stand any chance of getting back into LEGO as a designer, then I need to push my boundaries and build outside my comfort zone. I think it came out not too bad, and it's certainly an improvement over previous attempts at minifig-scale buildings.
AquaSharks’ underwater pirate captain meets the OG pirate captain!
Here’s 1996’s Spy Shark, another from a favorite sub-theme. This simple set has a couple great prints, strange use of old fence elements, more chrome, and an awesome neon transparent hook-hand!

1992’s Rebel Hunter from Space Police II enters the LEGO City!
Took lots of pictures of this one, had some fun, check it out!
Also known as the Space Police Prisoner Patrol, this medium sized spaceship brings back loads of memories. Two fractions of Space sub-themes are represented here with the Space Police II fig and a Blacktron prisoner, which I really like as a huge fan of Blacktron.
The prisoner’s capsule is a funny little build that looks like it would clamp down on the fig’s feet. I like how these were the standard capsule in the Space Police 2 line and could be used with their other sets.
The ship itself is pretty basic. Uses some large funky elements to add easy bulk and width. I was never a fan of the technic elements being so prominent on the top of the ship, but I love the simple drop-ship action feature! Great transparent dark green elements! Very classic LEGO.
I always figured the green and red modified facets (3x3x2) were the equivalent of police lights, subbing green for blue.
Did you have this set growing up? Like it? Find it problematic?

Dutch informational leaflet from (very likely) 1958 about the life cycle of LEGO bricks across family generations.
This leaflet is known to exist in Danish, Swedish and German (from Switzerland, though!) as well.
Leaflet size: 100 x 134 mm - eight panels, horizontal foldout style.
