I am especially proud of Korg, I used clay and a lot of painting to capture his likeness.
Miek uses a galaxy squad alien head modified, repainted and custom made legs, because all of the robot legs that I tried were too tall.

Second and third pic are the selections from each box. No discernible differences in box packaging for me, same bar codes and everything.
Marvel minifigs got me back into Lego from my dark ages with #76057, these are a nice addition!

This build is very solid, hefty, and impressive in scale and detail. The range of articulation is better than I imagined and the model is incredibly faithful to the G1 Optimus Prime toy from mid-80s and cartoon. (You can watch the original episodes on HasbroPulse’s YT channel- I did while putting this together)
My only problem with this kit is that the leg stickers are upside-down when compared to the OG cartoon. That’s not a knock on the actual design and build, I assume a marketing error.
Simple fix: flip the 2x6 tiles around.
Took some busy shots with other large red mechs for scale. LEGO continues to improve on its mechs’ quality.

This is a custom Modded Thor that I made.

I painted the brown strap and belt, added gold shoulder patches. Used a different head than the original, painted on the moustache and beard. Painted on the red markings on the eye.
Painted blue detailing onto the helmet, and painted a blue custom knee pad. Painted one shoulder blue.
I used a different sword holder, and paired it with the CMF swords that came with the kendo swordsman. I painted the blades silver.
I made a custom Lego mace, and then I carefully designed a Lego-ized version of the shield from the movie and printed it onto a sticker.
I also painted the red alien glyths onto the figure (which you can't really see in this particular photo.
