This are the thoughts of "some" of our fellow italian citizen during the 2006 political campaign.

Just to report, feel free to comment, of course!

Maybe this is the reason why their was the less lasting governemnt in italian history ;)

Taken Using Flash Through My Kitchen Window."Left Handed" Because My Right Arm Is Strapped Up.

M5 Services Strensham Southbound.

By (James) Jacques-Joseph Tissot, French, 1836-1902. Gouache on board. Jewish Museum, New York (Gift of the heirs of Jacob Schiff)

The paintings were reproduced in "La Sainte Bible : Ancien Testament . . . / Compositions par J.-James Tissot"; with preface by A. D. Sertillanges, introduction by M. de Brunoff and the French version of L. J. Lemaistre de Saci. (Sertillanges, Antonin Gilbert 1863-1948; Le Maistre de Sacy, Isaac-Louis, 1613-1684) 2 vols.: illus., plates: 4to. 40 plates, 360 illustrations to text, by James Tissot. Paris: M. de Brunoff & Cie, 1904.

The edition contains 360 mounted colour, b/w, and duo-tone illustrations in the text and 40 plates in three states, sepia-tone, partly hand-coloured, and finished coloured state. The plates are protected with captioned tissue-guards. The paper size is 15 3/4 x 13 ins; image size varies (c 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 ins).

Illustration was completed after Tissot's death in 1902 by Henri Bellery-Desfontaines, Auguste François Gorguet, Charles Hoffbauer, Louis van Parys, Michel Simonidy and British artist G. Scott.

Of the 561 copies printed, the John Rylands Library (Manchester) copy is an "exemplaire unique". As well as the triple set of the large plates in various states, and a series of proofs before letters of the illustrations appearing in the text, it contains a water colour drawing by Tissot ("Joseph presents his father Jacob to Pharaoh"), his original pen and ink sketches for this work, and an autograph letter by him.

From imagination.

5 minutes or less.

Left handed and eyes closed.

My upper lips looks like a mustache - that's what happens when you can't see what you're doing.

This is part of my Daily Portrait Project, in which I make a non-photographic image of myself every day and post it on the web. This series of self-portraits can be viewed in it's entirety at studiojuliakay.com/portraitproject.

Timo for President! He's lefthanded and born on August 4, just like Obama.

Esther and I made tons of scrappy buttons for the campaign (Ken made a few too).

Then we were off on a wild-timo ride from North to South Portland with a few twists and turns (Lloyd Mall tunnel anyone?). This was one the best night time rides I've ever been on since I rode so many places I never have been. We finished at the Nightlight on Clinton (another left-hander) with some home-baked cake by Esther.

Perhaps juvenile given size. Genus with about 30 sp. in US (Pennak, 1989). On bare rock with zebra mussels, Lake Champlain shallows at Shelburne Farms, Shelburne, VT 7/17/16

Attempt 2.

I make pretty good hamburgers, if you'll allow me to say so.

I took these *while playing left-handed*! Just don't ask how well I was doing.

Grandma teaches Derek to play backwards since she is lefthanded.

With additional controls and the GK pcb, the control cavity is now very crowded

In my new house. Experimenting with a histogram "more to the right". And then putting more contrast in the well lit area's. In this case outside. This technique leaves more of the yellow to be seen, than a lefthanded histogram.

Oil painting by the Nottingham artist Henry Ball, entitled "Miners in an Inn". Probably 1920's or 1930's. I particularly like the animated group in the left hand corner. It's odd how almost everyone seems to be left-handed.
