Lecture halls are too take to take a photo without flash...but this is in the Lang building on 12th street during the Global lecture.

Each year, at around this time, it is traditional for Mr Fox to give his annual Christmas lectures.
This year's topic was advanced thermodynamics!
You might have thought lecturing was a relatively safe pastime, but not if your audience contains a certain polar bear.
Misjudge the content, or deviate too far from the subject of beans, and the background heckling quickly escalates to physical intervention.
At least this year no permanent harm was done!

A semi-interesting lecture on telling a story with photographs that I attended during the AVID Writer's Conference 2009. The only problem with this lecture was that it was a little heavy on the story and a little light on the photography— so I improvised!
