08 October 2010, Rome - United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations Agencies Ambassador Ertharin Cousin, introducing the 7th Annual George McGovern Lecture “Minnesota’s Global Legacy and Promise of Leadership in Food", FAO headquarters (Green Room). Each year the U.S. Mission to the UN Agencies in Rome organizes the lecture series to complement World Food Day activities.

The 8th Annual Disability Lecture was held on Tuesday 16 March 2010 at St. John's College, Cambridge. Dr Ross Cooper, Director of Dyslexia & Literacy Divison, London Southbank University, explored the concept of neurodiversity as 'a trigger for action' rather than a label or diagnosis.

Wangechi Mutu lectured to a packed house March 10 in PNCA's Mediatheque in conjunction with her exhibition Wangechi Mutu: The Hybrid Human, which runs through March 12, 2016 in PNCA’s 511 Gallery. This is the inaugural exhibition and lecture in the annual Jordan D. Schnitzer Exhibition and Visiting Artist Series.

During the lecture I gave this morning in English at the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus about the Iraq-Belarus Bilateral Relations. Students were very interested in the lecture and the Q&A session was very enjoyable and informative.
Digital Art is a platform that investigates the possibilities of computational algorithms and sometimes internet-related technologies on artistic and cultural practice. Artists start working with the chosen medium from 50s in western art history and it includes video & sound art, net/ telematics art, multimedia theater performance, generative & software art, new media installation and robotics art.
Annie On Ni Wan, currently a visiting research scholar at Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, will discuss theoretical and historical background in Digital Art, in addition to various art projects as a series of artistic systems, an engagement of shared scheme between theory, art practice, technology and science.
