Lockheed F-104G Starfighter 26+34 of Jagdbombergeschwader 32 (JBG 32), from Lechfeld Air Base of the West German Air Force, on static display at the 1977 Air Fete at RAF Mildenhall.
This particular aircraft was sold to the Turkish Air Force in April 1984 and was finally withdrawn from use in January 1992 and scrapped.

It is pictured on the ramp at Lechfeld AB, Germany, during Exercise ELITE 2008.

I admit that I love the Panavia Tornado! I've always liked it's bad ass/ rough looks and they always were the stars on the various airshows I've visited back in the days. It also happens that the Germans are quite good in giving their aircraft an awesome paint scheme. One paint-job in particular has always been my favorite: The tigermeet 2001 "Lechfeld Tigers" scheme on the 46-44 Tornado.
It is in honor of that awesome aircraft and ditto jaint-job that I decided to build the Tornado in the first place. The Marineflieger I finished earlier this year was more or less the prototype for the real deal. This bad boy!!!

The upper Brunnenmeister house or even ‚house by the fishes‘ is located in close proximity to the red gate. It is part of the medieval water supply of Augsburg and was built in the 18th century.
