Yr 3 learnt how to forage in the wild, trying to find the rice-crispies & sheddies that WildlifeKate hid. This was part of of the history topic, learning about Stone Age people and their lives.

Some Line Dancers volunteered to teach some basic moves. I have to admit that even as an able minded person I struggled! What i enjoyed about the day was as we got to know the residents, you started to see past their disability and to get to know the person, and there were some delightful characters!
