Nice sculpture just West of the Louvre

Lean on me, when you're not strong

And I'll be your friend

I'll help you carry on

For it won't be long

'Til I'm gonna need

Somebody to lean on

Just call on me brother when you need a hand

We all need somebody to lean on

I just might have a problem that you'd understand

We all need somebody to lean on

If there is a load you have to bear

That you can't carry

I'm right up the road, I'll share your load

if you just call me

Just call me when you need a friend

Just call me when you need a friend...

Sometimes you just have to lean into the wind, the cold, the December. Take it as it comes unflinchingly, without expectation, without artifice, before moving ahead to a warmer place.

Little girl leaned on his brother.

Just got back from a trip to Eklutna Lake. Camped a couple of nights with the small one, enough to get our fill of sun. Still hazy, but far less than we have in town.

Here: a 9-shot HDR. Trying to keep it realistic, not too punchy. Glad I had my tripod with me this time! The subject: a lean-to that had been made with bleached-out wood similar to driftwood. Near the beginning of the trail, easy access...

Une nouvelle tenue assez gothique, prise à contre jour, parce que le soleil n'était pas bien orienté, au balcon de ma chambre.

Sorta like Fat Joe and Jay-Z ... but the lazy lean back version

part of the murmur collective series of fine art photography. No Photoshop and not miniature or microscopic. These images are real and very very ordinary things found in typical urban environments... The only thing I do is remove the context which surrounds the object, thereby letting me look only at the aesthetics of form, shape, colour, mood, patterns, etc. instead of what the purpose of the object is.
