FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. -- Leadership from across the entire Pennsylvania National Guard gathered at the state's headquarters for the 2016 Joint Commander's Workshop, May 20-21, 2016. The workshop provided professional leadership development and allowed leaders from across the state to sync and improve readiness across the formation. *Develop and hone leadership techniques to effectively manage Traditionalists, Baby-Boomers, Gen. X, and Millennials.
*Develop skills for communicating across generational divides.
*Explore technology and its application to work and social interactions.
*Realize that as generations enter and leave the workforce, competency and respect for people are what drives successful organizations, teams and people.
