[ Difícil / imposible fue para nosotros en Colombia tener un acceso fluído al streaming a través del Open Video Alliance. Sin embargo la conversación vía Twitter nos permitió conocer algunas percepciones e inquietudes (bastante parecidas a las que nos asaltan en Suramérica) sobre Libre Cultura, cultura digital, acceso abierto y nuevas alternativas de derecho de autor y generación de contenidos en la red. ]
