This is really just a record shot, as I was a bit frustrated that I did a terrible job with the DOF :(.... it's a good excuse to try again. This, I'm fairly sure, is a Latticed Heath Moth (Chiasmia clathrata); another find at Dunlop Millennium Woodland Nature Park.

The Webb Bridge is a public art project in Melbourne's Docklands area. The bridge comprises two distinct sections: the existing Webb Dock Rail Bridge and a new curved ramped link with a curved lattice roof. This photograph was taken looking towards the Webb Bridge, with some of Melbourne’s high-rise buildings as background. The reflections in the water offered complementary interest to the quiet scene.

South Boulder Creek had frozen and thawed repeatedly, providing a variety of ice forms. These fused daggers of ice were one to two inches long. Some of the bubbles were incased in ice, others were in water beneath the ice.
