To get to this waterfall and a few others, you have to climb 300 steps but it’s worth the trip, the scenery and view are quite beautiful.

The Largo is an architectural ensemble of three Socialist Classicism edifices in central Sofia, built in the 1950s with the intention of becoming the city's new representative centre. Next to the buildings lie the ruins of the ancient city of Serdica, which are now restored and exposed under glass domes.
The Largo or Independence Square is in the center of our capital.Serdika Ancient Complex is located in the heart of Sofia and includes an archaeological exhibition.

Today it is regarded as one of the prime examples of Socialist Classicism architecture in Southeastern Europe, as well as one of the main landmarks of Sofia.
I got a day off in advance of Christmas and had the choice of staying in bed then going shopping or getting up early and going on a long walk with the dogs. I choose the latter and went up Largo Law, a small hill above Elie Bay in Fife.
So this is my Christmas message to all my friends on Flickr. I hope you appreciate the sacrifice :-).

Tucked away in a corner of Cosme Velho, near the train station of Christ the Redeemer, is located the "Largo do Boticário". Previously, the "Largo do Boticário" was a space for pompous celebrations of Rio's elite, today's symbol of decadence. Maybe it's better this way.

Escondido em um canto do Cosme Velho, bem perto da Estação de Trem para Cristo Redentor, está localizado o Largo do Boticário. Outrora espaço de pomposas festas para a elite carioca, hoje é símbolo de decadência. Talvez seja melhor assim.
