The City of Monterey held its 3rd Annual Language Captial of the World Festival on Sunday, May 7. Volunteers from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, Naval Post Graduate School, and Middlebury Institute came together to with other cultural performances from all over California to help put on a memorable show for the community.
