For some time now my car has been taking me more and more to the shores of this lake.
Here the last time it was already spring.

Finnish lake landscapes on windless partly cloudy days are one of my favourite sights. The everchanging cloud formations are beautiful to watch and to shoot photos. I am really excited on these moments and I am always looking for new angles and zooms to catch something that I find beautiful. One "problem" with these water reflections is that camera tend to over darken the reflections when compared to human sight which tend to compensate lighting differences. Here I have done some correction with Lightroom to make the water surface more lighter compared to the sky. The original looked fine to me also. I quess it is a matter of taste whether to use the original camera lighting or do some corrections in Lightroom or Photoshop. Usually I save both versions and probably change my opinions according to different moods.

It was once again wonderful to paddle with my kayak on warm windless Finnish lake during sunset. Sunset light creates beautifully colored water reflections. As usual when kayaking I used mainly my Nikon D610 and Nikkor 28-300mm.
