Popular Performers From The Music Scene, Ladbroke Grove London UK

Amazed by this brilliant mural by Keith K. Hopewell just off Ladbroke Grove.

Finally got this at the 5th time of asking, due to parked cars & bikes, but it was well worth the wait to see this piece unobstructed.

The work does continue to the left as we look, with a quote from the Aswad song "Love Fire" from 1981.

"Love is the force i said let there be light"....

A guitar was gifted from his wife and he loves play and song at least for an hour, beautiful soul. Ladbroke Grove, London.

Another Metrodecker photograph but this time by the new development at Marble Arch. Not much to say here.

Portobello Rd, W11. Although I haven't lived in West London since about 1982, nomatter how much it changes I always feel at home in Portobello Rd.

8897 SN17MTE seen at White City Estate working school extra route 228 towards Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's.

It was time to play catch up with the school extras, and for that morning, decided to do the closest one to me, V228 - the extra that had only been in operation since schools had re-opened from the 8th March.

The normal route is operated by Tower Transit but the extra is operated by Abellio from Armstrong Way (GW), usually one of the 195 MMCs and it only does a short 228 trip from East Acton to Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's then a shorter return trip back to White City in the morning.

Revisit to this location again, this time picturing one with a proper fleet code and as well as the Hydrogen branding - something which has been applied to some of the batch recently.
