In my opinion, invisibility can also be the lack of someone's presence. This photo depicts my mother's desk, where she usually sits throughout the day. Although the chairs are empty, the objects on the desk compiled forms her identity.

The lack of entries for this year’s awards: only six, the executive Committee decided that our Awards Ceremony for 2024 should still go ahead.

A different approach was conceived this year to examine the awards given during the first quarter of the 21st century in the album called “Distinction” which included all sixteen projects given that award during this time. Our purpose was to judge, if you like, the “best of the best”. The judges determined a worthy winner for the retrospective John Norman Award of Distinction.rd of Distinction. This list comprises of 16 projects all of which have received the award.

I bought fake flowers from Michael's. Unfortunately, their stems were too short for my beer bottle vases. I have to exchange them this weekend.

Lack of heavy streaking on underparts, bi-colored bill, and yellow feathers in middle of belly confirmed ID.

I think this may be the only black and white picture I have on here.

Lack of inspiration today so i did my fall back of messing with food colouring.

Winds on Mars can't actually blow spacecraft over. But in the low gravity, martian winds can loft fine dust particles in planet-wide storms, like the dust storm now raging on the Red Planet. From the martian surface on sol 2082 (June 15), this self-portrait from the Curiosity rover shows the effects of the dust storm, reducing sunlight and visibility at the rover's location in Gale crater. Made with the Mars Hand Lens Imager, its mechanical arm is edited out of the mosaicked images. Curiosity's recent drill site Duluth can be seen on the rock just in front of the rover on the left. The east-northeast Gale crater rim fading into the background is about 30 kilometers away. Curiosity is powered by a radioisotope thermoelectric generator and is expected to be unaffected by the increase in dust at Gale crater. On the other side of Mars, the solar-powered Opportunity rover has ceased its operations due to the even more severe lack of sunlight at its location on the west rim of Endeavour crater. via NASA ift.tt/2KavwXV

Yes, this would be more impressive if I'd thought to take a Before photo.

The lack of graffiti is quite startling. Also startling to think each of these was once a home.
