A beautiful Labrador dog - except he's only a statuette! Photographed under studio flash wit the Fujifilm X-T5,, f/8 @ 1/125th sec on ISO400.
Molly is a labrador puppy who it is thought had a rough start in life. She was thin and underweight when her present owner acquired her. When and where she was born is not known. On her first visit to the vet it was estimated she was around 8 weeks old which made her around 13 weeks of age when this photograph was taken.
She is now part of a family with three children and everyone adores her. With a lot of love and proper feeding she is now the weight she should be and of course this is supplemented with lots of cuddles and play. Affection is quite possibly something she lacked in her early days but she makes the most of it now!

Zunächst waren Labradors schwarz. Der erste gelbe Labrador, der nicht als Fehlzüchtung betrachtet wurde, war nach Überlieferungen Ben of Hyde, 1899 in der Zucht des Major Charles Radclyffe geboren.
Just going through some old pictures again, & decided to upload some of Dakota as a puppy.
This was her first days at home. She slept in the family room on this little blue baby rug :D But as soon as my parents got her a kennel, it was outside life for Dakota ;_;
A speech bubble ? - no it's an entry in a balloon race, It's come all the way from Preston to Calder Bridge - about 100 miles
