Click click click and forget about work for time being.

Taking a break from macro photography, more night shots will be posted soon.

This is the first time that I am quite happy with my sunset shot. The sky on that day has given a good effect with a few layers and tones.

I added the dry branches on the top left to give some depth to this shot.

I did some adjustment on the contrast, brightness and saturation from RAW and converted this to JPG.

Ah, Mr Kpcv, I've been expecting you.

On the day of the 50th Anniversary of the first James Bond film, the dog thought he'd look all suave and sophisticated and put his bow tie on. Shame about the colours, though. Unfortunately the "tux" is at the dry cleaners.

No bow ties were harmed during the making of this image.

Ledum latifolium, illustration tirée de Wild Flowers of Canada, Montréal, Montreal star, années 1890.

Labrador Retrievers, originally from Newfoundland, were initially used in work alongside fisherman, helping to pull in nets and catch fish that escaped from fishing lines. After being crossed with Setters, Spaniels and other Retrievers, the Labrador Retriever honed its skills as a true retriever. From this point in the breed's history, "Labs," as they are affectionately called, were bred primarily to perform as an efficient retriever of game, with a stable temperament suitable for a variety of activities beyond hunting. An ideal sporting and family dog, the Labrador Retriever thrives as part of an active family or as a trusted hunting companion. A double-coated breed which sheds seasonally, regular grooming keeps his coat at its water-resistant best. Because of his even temperament and trainability millions of owners worldwide own a Labrador Retriever as a pet.
