Label for my latest homebrew (boiling was 2/2/10). I'm really interested to see how this one turns out. OG was 1.070, but at least 0.005 or 0.010 of that was from the dark Belgian candi sugar addition, which should bump up alcohol / dry it out a bit, and it might also give the hops more stage presence. I'm hoping the rye spices things up a bit, and I hope it blends/complements the hops' spices.
