Lux is my proof-of-concept platform for my new electronic shutter (see SLS, single leaf shutter). A secondary goal for this camera was to make it completely homegrown, meaning no parts from existing camera manufacturers, with single-element lenses from Anchor Optics.

Morning moon settling itself in the west beyond the hills overlooking Hollywood Blvd. I risked life and limb to take this picture, pausing while crossing the busy street at the intersection of Hollywood and Western. Too bad it hadn't been on Sunset Blvd, so I could label the photo "Moonset over Sunset."
