The CSPO were the socialist fire fighting organisation, the initials stand for Ceskoslovenskeho svazu pozarni ochrany or The Czechoslovak Union of Fire Fighters.
The first fire service was established in Prague in 1853 and each city, town and village had it's own independently operated fire service made up mainly from volunteers. It wasn't until after the second world war that a central organisational body was created with a distinct chain of command reflecting military organisations of the period.

Here is the image I made for my Radiopopper flash power label. Its at 300 dpi so it will be plenty clear when printing. Download the "large" image of this. Just make sure it prints in the accurate size and not stretched out or "fit to page" or all that other stuff. The black circles in the middle should be cut out and fit over the studs that hold the knobs.
Don't forget to do your own testing to see where each stop of flash power falls on your transmitter. It would be a waste of your time to use this label only to have it not be accurate. Also, don't forget to have 100% fully charged batteries in your flashes. I noticed power level variations when I had dying batteries in one of my flashes, ie. 1/64th power was at the 1/32nd mark on the label. Now batteries will ensure accurate testing.
Hope this helps.
