A while ago I was in the middle of a shoot and suddenly I had a very interesting blue background. I saw that it was the blue water barrel we have in the garden. I suddenly think why always wait for the circumstances that make a photo spectacular? Can't we make our backgrounds ourselves? Yes, maybe we can even start making our blurry backgrounds ourselves! The idea of The Bokeh Lab was born. And when it comes to blue, what could be more beautiful than the well-known blue Ikea bag!

I have some more ideas that will be exposed in the photostream and concentrated in the album "The Bokeh Lab".

Heh, sounds like I'm over-educated or something. Well, I probably am, but not by either of these schools.

Westminster College celebrated the official opening of the Westminster Entrepreneurship Lab (WEL), a new entrepreneurial incubator and creativity lab, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 27 at the eCenter@LindenPointe in Hermitage, PA.

I am a sucker for a good museum, I am a bigger sucker for a good medical museum. I have been to a couple of them, this is one that I found in Indianapolis. It was a medical school that was turned into a museum, it was very cool indeed. This was obviously shot in the old lab. Although I felt like I may catch something deadly in this room, it was still pretty awesome.

This was shot in JPG using a filter set up in the camera before shooting. There was no post-processing.

I'm not sure why I chose to sit in the lab break room during my fifteen minutes today. I usually haunt the student lab computers. I think the last time I was in here was two months ago, just after I started, when I brought in leftovers to heat up in the microwave. I realized that it was easier just to walk home and use the microwave there.

It was competely empty when I sat down, so I was able to eat my granola bar and read a few more pages of The Amber Spyglass in relative quiet.
