The Project: The Camaro will be receiving our DSE Hydroformed Subframe, QUADRALink™, 4 point DSE Roll Cage, Mini Tub Kit and Subframe Connectors. The car will also be receiving Baer Brakes, a DSE Super Tank 1000 Series, C&R Radiator, DSE SS Headers and a full custom 3” exhaust system.

A couple of my MT900 photos are published in the June 2009 issue of S7 Business. It is a magazine for the Russian airline company, S7, and will be displayed in the business class section of its commuter planes. The original photo of the candy apple red car can be seen here. “Mosler has been producing fast cars since 1985. Founded by financier, Warren Mosler, the company was initially called Consulier Automotive in its first five years of its existence. Back then, it only produced a single model, surprisingly called the Consulier. The racing version GTP was well-off on track and successfully served in the races. Two years in a row, they won 24-hour race of Nelson Ledges, after which they again fell victim to new racing regulations. To comply with the regulations, the car was transformed, and returned to the sport as the Mosler Raptor. To purchase this 446hp supercar with acceleration to 100 km/h in 3.9, you needed $150,000, while in 2001, it was replaced with the lastest creation – the MT900. Today Mosler offers an updated MT900, which received an addition to its name - GTR XX. Besides the additional letters, the street car boasts an increased 550hp under the hood. The 7-liter V8 engine of the Chevrolet Corvette with 700 Nm of torque allows the Mosler to achieve 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and accelerate to 340 km/h. Remaining two facts. Good: The GTR XX has passed all crash testing certification and is street legal. The bad: You have to pay € 250 000.”

The ZO6 arrived in the Autumn of 2005. It had a new 427.6inch (7088cc) version of the small block LS7 producing 505bhp. The car also has a dry sump oil system, and titanium connecting rods. The ZO6 frame is constructed of aluminium representing a 136lbs. weight reduction over the standard cars steel frame. Other weight saving comes in the form of a magnesium alloy engine cradle and carbon fibre/ balsa wood composite floors. The 2011 ZO6 carbon edition also has carbon fibre ceramic brakes, active suspension and carbon fibre aerodynamics.
