Грустить не стоит, право, в феврале…Ещё чуть-чуть…Ещё такая малость –зима уйдет…Ну сколько ей осталось на этой грешной царствовать земле?Грустить не стоит, право, в феврале…You shouldn't be sad, really, in February ... just a little more ... Just such a little more - winter will go away…Well, how long does this sinful earth have to reign? You shouldn't be sad, really, in February…

Feliz domingo en cuarentena, deseando a todos mucha salud, fuerza y ánimo ♥️

The Purple Bearded Iris have started blooming again, just in time for Mother's Day.

Most of the flowers in our yard, including these Iris, have special meaning because our mother transplanted them from our pervious home to this one when we moved here 25+ years ago. It's amazing to still be able to enjoy the flowers today that she loved so much years ago.

For all of you who are a mother or know one, hope this Mother's Day will be a day for making new memories. Or a time to remember those dear ones no longer with us. Here's wishing everyone a Happy Mother's Day.

Call out the instigators

Because there's something in the air

We've got to get together sooner or later

Because the revolution's here, and you know it's right

And you know that it's right......

We have got to get it together

We have got to get it together now.....

I love these types of flowers, they remind me of childhood vacations in the country that I loved so much, and I apologize to everyone I can't put the slurl is a private sim. But pretend I gave you a bouquet of flowers and love them by looking at them. Smile

I rarely take photos of these six-legged four-winged beasties because it comes in my Too Hard category, the flighty things :)

But this young lady was very obliging and alighted while I was lining up for a flower macro. She only stayed for one click, mind. No fool, her.

I’m rather pleased with the result caused by her beneficence, though. It's quite likely to be one of my best of the subject, which I fear probably says more about my photography than the image.

I think it’s a Common Carder bee (Bombus Pascuorum) or possibly a Moss Carder but I’m not very experienced with bees. It was seen at Forde Abbey, an old Cistercian abbey in Dorset that is now a private home, so that might have been just in the territory for Mossy ones.

I think whoever named bumble bees Bombus in Latin clearly had a sense of humour and deserves a medal - it means bomb but the main attraction for me is that it just sounds nice… and suitably ridiculous :)

This is for Macro Wednesdays. It was carefully simmered in Nik Color Efex.

Thanks for taking the time to look. I hope you enjoy the image. Happy Mittwochsmakro :)

I pass by every day. I record changes in this small but, obviously loved, garden.

Your wet flower, it does open

It feels my touch and is woken

In loves garden, it does boom

As i walk inside it's room

Your soft petals , caress my skin

As my fingers slip within

Your beauty, your sweet treasure

Where i feel the kiss of pleasure

The Rose blooms are delicious creatures ! Not just because they are fragrant. Not just because they have magical colours and forms. Not just because the moment you stare at them, you are transferred to other , better worlds. Not just because they have an aura with divine energy around them!

But also, because, the moment you are found in the middle of your blooming garden, the Roses with their blooming blooms, captivate SO much your strong attention, that you… forget to… eat when you are hungry, you forget your tasks of the day, you forget your appointments, your calls!! The only thing you want, is to go very close to them and “see” them with all your being and your senses!! To capture their Divine Beauty, because you know it is ephemeral, like all physical things…In order to have them by your side when the winter approaches, with its loooong dark, cold days, while themselves have already started hibernating until your new rendezvous in the coming Spring…

And here I am now with them—and with you---and my Roses Photo File! I have chosen to present you first, the Queen!!! The Amber Queen Rose bloom ..and bud! She is sooooo divinely perfect!! So healthy as a plant!! With those dark green glossy leaves, those sturdy upward stems! She is a Floribunda, and with a sweet scent! Floribunda, meaning, she creates groups of lovely orange red buds on the top of each of her stems, which bloom simultaneously…almost… Giving a strong flash of colour, which is great, especially from afar!!

I am totally mesmerised by the apricot-golden color of her blooms, which are not the largest in my garden, but, surely, the most photogenic!!!

Most of my photographs are captured in and around the city of Molde. Molde is the second largest city in the county of Møre og Romsdal, lies along the shores of the Romsdalsfjord in Western Norway.

The official, and also most common, nickname for Molde is The City of Roses or Rose City.

As you explore the city, you will see why it was given its nickname. In the city center you will find rose gardens, parks, statues, and murals all paying homage to the iconic flower. Even the town hall roof has a rose garden and is accessible to all! Decorative gardening has been popular in Molde for many generations and adds to the city’s beauty and charm.

"The town's largest collection of roses is to be found at the Town Hall roof, but the magnificent roses in the Alexandra Park is also worth your time.

A rose is a woody perennial flowering plant of the genus Rosa, in the family Rosaceae, or the flower it bears. There are over three hundred species and tens of thousands of cultivars. They form a group of plants that can be erect shrubs, climbing, or trailing, with stems that are often armed with sharp prickles. Flowers vary in size and shape and are usually large and showy, in colours ranging from white through yellows and reds. Most species are native to Asia, with smaller numbers native to Europe, North America, and northwestern Africa. Species, cultivars and hybrids are all widely grown for their beauty and often are fragrant. Roses have acquired cultural significance in many societies. Rose plants range in size from compact, miniature roses, to climbers that can reach seven meters in height."

Godtfred Lies park is a green oasis in the heart of the city, in the middle of traffic and bustle. The park is close to the Moldeelva and is named after Gotfred Lie who took care of the plot.

After the city fire in 1916, the area was given to the city on the condition that a park be built.

forming a flower-carpet, they are out, for sale now, all waiting for the transplant in someone’s much loved garden.

It is still early in the year, and they tremble in the chilly wind.

The flowers still quite hidden, frightened to come out.

The word primula is the Latin feminine diminutive of primus, meaning first (prime), applied to flowers that are among the first to open in Spring.

Hope this brings a bit of joy again, have a good day and thank you for your visit, so very much appreciated, Magda, (*_*)

I ,who had been erased by the fire, began to cover myself of green (what

brightest season).

Over time animals

they came to inhabit me,

first one by one, sneaky

(its well-known footprints

burned); and then

having already drawn new limits, returning, more

insurance, year after year, of two in two but restless: I was not completely prepared to be inhabited.

It may have seemed to you that It was too heavy: I could have tipped over;

I was scared how

the shine of his eyes (green or amber) came to the outside from inside me.

It was not finished; At night I couldn't see without lamps.

He wrote, We are leaving. I answered, I don't have any left

clothes to wear.

The snow arrived. The sled was a great help; His trail was left behind as if he were pushing me to the city

and once I had surrounded the first hill, I found myself

suddenly

uninhabited: they were already gone.

There was something that they almost taught me that I had not yet learned when I left.
