A little natural abstract offering, this shot, is one I took while at Punchbowl Falls last June. Part of what grabbed my attention, was the wonderful colors reflecting on the water. Of course here, I removed most of the color but left just a smidgen of color for effect. Any thoughts? Thanks for lookin!
In the early early morning, do you ever feel the odd sense of loneliness that is married to the sense of peace? I find that in the morning when everything is at it's calmest, I feel this internal peace.
I woke up at 4am this morning to go out shooting at a location which is one of my favorites. When I got there the fog was resting upon the water and I felt like I was surrounded by glass. The sun was just barely rising and I could hear coyotes off in the distance. About 15 minutes after I took this photo the sun rose and it was SO beautiful!! And right behind this forest-y shoreline, there's a huge open field and I just ran around and took pictures, and the place is such a photographer's dream!
Anyways, I hope you are all having a great week and I will hopefully go out shooting this weekend! :-)

These falls are hidden away in South Central Oregon. The wide angle distortion and low angle make them look much smaller than they look in person.
I decided to make some more Ombre colors because I've had some requests for browns and reds. I'm calling these colors my Loveless Pack. If you guys like them... let me know and I'll think about making them permanent.
