Its been a pretty quiet winter - - I ran into 4 other photographers and they were feeling the same - - an odd winter with a lot less birds than the usual

Die Schwanzmeise ist mit den Meisen nicht enger verwandt, sie gehört zu den Grasmückenartigen.

The long-tailed tit is not more closely related to the tits, it belongs to the warblers.
