Câmara de Lobos am Abend, Madeira, 2015
Das Foto zeigt das Hafenbecken und das angrenzende Hafenviertel der Ortschaft Câmara de Lobos im Süden von Madeira kurz nach der blauen Stunde. Der Ort hat seinen Namen von den Mönchrobben, die auch heute noch dort leben. Winston Churchill hat ein ähnliches Motiv auf einem Gemälde verewigt.

The photo shows the harbor basin and the adjacent harbor area of the village of Câmara de Lobos in the south of Madeira shortly after the blue hour. The village takes its name from the monk seals that still live there today. Winston Churchill has immortalized a similar motif on a painting.

Located near Carmel, California, about 120 miles south of San Francisco.
